Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet and accommodate customers at the store and over the phone.
∎ Preparing, rehearsing, and delivering sales pitch with accurate information about product features, pricing, and after-sales services etc.
∎ Be prepared to respond to questions from customers regarding any issues concerning products and services.
∎ Provide on the spot product comparisons in various aspects such as price, features, services, etc. after assessing customer needs while attending customers.
∎ Always be ready to deliver cross-selling (selling related and/or complementary products) and upselling (selling higher-end/more expensive products).
∎ Ensure predetermined display protocol of products.
∎ Be prepared to resolve for post-sales issues such as product return, additional services, and any other unforeseen issues that could lead customer dissatisfaction.
∎ Maintain absolute professionalism at work: incident like initiating or engaging in small talks with other associates while attending customers is ABSOLUTELY PROHIBATED.
∎ Function as a collaborator to ensure extraordinary customer services on all fronts.
∎ Study and be ever well versed about the new products, product features, and services.
∎ Immediately inform the store manager about any customer feedback.
∎ Regularly conduct in-store customer experience surveys.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge on MS Office.
∎ Interpersonal and Customer Service skills needed.
