Euro Kitchens Limited is seeking a dynamic, target-driven, and operationally strong professional for the position of Manager – Sales & Operation to lead sales growth, showroom performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. The role demands strategic sales leadership, process optimization, team management, and business expansion capabilities within the kitchen solutions, appliances, and interior products industry.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Oversee daily sales and operational activities across showrooms, outlets, and project sites.
Lead, train, and monitor sales teams to maximize conversion rates, customer engagement, and product knowledge.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, architects, interior designers, developers, and retail customers.
Ensure smooth coordination between sales, supply chain, installation, after-sales service, and customer support.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
Monitor inventory planning, stock movement, delivery schedules, and operational efficiency.
Prepare sales forecasts, operational reports, KPI dashboards, and performance analyses for management review.
Design promotional campaigns, showroom activation plans, and strategic partnerships to increase market penetration.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, pricing policies, and service standards.
Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure premium service delivery.
Drive expansion strategies for new business channels and revenue streams.
