Job Overview

We are looking for a strategic and creative Manager, Content and Brand Communication to lead our brand messaging, content strategy, and communication initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a strong brand presence, ensuring consistency across all channels, and driving engagement through impactful storytelling and data-driven content marketing strategies.

This role requires a balance of creativity, leadership, and analytical thinking to strengthen brand positioning and support business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop and implement brand communication strategies aligned with business goals

  • Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and identity across all platforms

  • Strengthen brand positioning in the market through strategic campaigns

Content Strategy & Development

  • Lead the creation of high-quality content for digital, social media, website, email, PR, and marketing materials

  • Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with campaigns and business priorities

  • Oversee SEO-driven content strategies to improve organic visibility

  • Ensure all content reflects brand values and supports lead generation objectives

Digital & Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels

  • Collaborate with performance marketing teams to align content with paid media strategies

  • Monitor and optimise campaign performance using analytics tools

Public Relations & Corporate Communication

  • Manage press releases, media communication, and corporate announcements

  • Build and maintain relationships with media partners and external stakeholders

  • Handle crisis communication when necessary

Team Leadership

  • Manage and mentor content creators, designers, and communication executives

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and operations

  • Ensure timely delivery of all communication materials

Performance & Reporting

  • Track KPIs such as engagement, traffic, conversions, and brand visibility

  • Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations

  • Use data to refine communication and content strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or related field

  • 7+ years of experience in content marketing, brand management, or corporate communication

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media strategy

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience in managing teams and cross-functional collaboration

  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Insights, etc.)

  • Strong project management and organisational skills
