Job Overview
We are looking for a strategic and creative Manager, Content and Brand Communication to lead our brand messaging, content strategy, and communication initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a strong brand presence, ensuring consistency across all channels, and driving engagement through impactful storytelling and data-driven content marketing strategies.
This role requires a balance of creativity, leadership, and analytical thinking to strengthen brand positioning and support business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning
Develop and implement brand communication strategies aligned with business goals
Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and identity across all platforms
Strengthen brand positioning in the market through strategic campaigns
Content Strategy & Development
Lead the creation of high-quality content for digital, social media, website, email, PR, and marketing materials
Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with campaigns and business priorities
Oversee SEO-driven content strategies to improve organic visibility
Ensure all content reflects brand values and supports lead generation objectives
Digital & Campaign Management
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels
Collaborate with performance marketing teams to align content with paid media strategies
Monitor and optimise campaign performance using analytics tools
Public Relations & Corporate Communication
Manage press releases, media communication, and corporate announcements
Build and maintain relationships with media partners and external stakeholders
Handle crisis communication when necessary
Team Leadership
Manage and mentor content creators, designers, and communication executives
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and operations
Ensure timely delivery of all communication materials
Performance & Reporting
Track KPIs such as engagement, traffic, conversions, and brand visibility
Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
Use data to refine communication and content strategies
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or related field
7+ years of experience in content marketing, brand management, or corporate communication
Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media strategy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in managing teams and cross-functional collaboration
Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Insights, etc.)
Strong project management and organisational skills
