1–3 years of experience in agent coordination or agent management

2–5 years of experience in sales or sales supervision roles

Proven ability to train, guide, and motivate agent teams

Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills

Good command of Microsoft PowerPoint (PPT) for training & presentations

Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset

Job Context:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Executive who can onboard, train, coordinate, and support our sales agent network and drive consistent sales growth through agents. This role requires end-to-end coordination of agent operations.

📍 Location: Merul Badda, Dhaka

🕘 Working Hours: Saturday–Thursday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Onboard sales agents

• Train agents using structured sessions and PPT-based presentations

• Monitor agent performance and provide regular guidance & motivation

• Coordinate agents in field and market sales activities

• Assist in setting sales targets and ensure monthly target achievement

• Collect, analyze, and evaluate agent sales reports

• Handle all agent-related coordination, communication, and operations end-to-end
