• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture
• Bachelor/Honors

• 5 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Inventory/Warehouse, Farming, Super store, Grocery shop, E-commerce

• Age 35 to 45 years
• Only Male

• Plan, organize, and monitor sales activities to achieve territory and monthly sales & collection targets;

• Implement & assist in the selection process of customers to optimize market coverage and manage credit and debtors effectively;

• Implement strategies to minimize product returns and ensure product liquidation;

• Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends and customer preferences;

• Coordinate and execute promotional activities to boost product visibility and sales;

• Gather and report competitors` information to the Sales Managers to inform strategic decisions;

• Maintain high levels of motivation and satisfaction among team members through effective communication and support;

• Prepare and submit regular sales, collection, promotional & other activity reports and maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions;

• Undertake any other assignments assigned by the Supervisor related to the business.
