• Relevant professional experience is required, with preference given to candidates currently working in the marketing departments of publications companies.

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Divisional Sales Manager (DSM) to lead and supervise the sales team, achieve sales targets, and build strong relationships with key customers. The ideal candidate should be capable of frequent field visits, working under pressure, and ensuring consistent performance in line with the company`s goals.

• Supervise and manage the performance of the sales team within the assigned area.

• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Conduct regular field visits to monitor market trends and support the sales team.

• Actively pursue and secure sales opportunities within the target market.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key and target customers.

• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
