Responsible for achieving sales target as per plan by forecasting requirements, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions·
Responsible for the collection of sales within the time frame approved by the management·
Responsible for collecting AIT from customers as per the scheduled time. Contact current and prospective customers to sell and explain products·
Prepare and present proposals and quotes, and recommend products based on customer needs·
Proper follow-up with customers till the execution of the order, including the realization of payment.
Ensure sales growth by creating new customers and markets. Prepare weekly/monthly sales and business performance reports and present them to the management team·
Prepare reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services·
Maintain and update the client database and profile regularly·
Maintains relationships with clients by providing technical information on products and services, and creating mutually beneficial business relationships·
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. Coordinate with sales team members and other departments.
