• Responsible for achieving sales target as per plan by forecasting requirements, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions·        

• Responsible for the collection of sales within the time frame approved by the management·        

• Responsible for collecting AIT from customers as per the scheduled time. Contact current and prospective customers to sell and explain products·        

• Prepare and present proposals and quotes, and recommend products based on customer needs·        

• Proper follow-up with customers till the execution of the order, including the realization of payment.

• Ensure sales growth by creating new customers and markets. Prepare weekly/monthly sales and business performance reports and present them to the management team·        

• Prepare reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services·        

• Maintain and update the client database and profile regularly·        

• Maintains relationships with clients by providing technical information on products and services, and creating mutually beneficial business relationships·        

• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. Coordinate with sales team members and other departments.

  Education: MBA or Master’s in Marketing from any reputed public university.

  Experience: 4 to 5 years of proven track record in Building Materials Sales.
