The candidate needs strong practical knowledge and hands-on experience in bonded warehouse operations, customs compliance, inventory control, and regulatory procedures in a 100% export-oriented poly bag manufacturing industry.
Ability to aggressively marketing of polybag
Good Communication skills in both Bangla and English.
Demonstrate a confident 'Can Do' attitude and demonstrate a passion for sales.

Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients while strengthening relationships with existing clients to consistently achieve the sales plan and revenue targets.
Serve as the primary liaison between the factory and buyers to ensure seamless communication and business flow.
Oversee the sampling process: coordinate with the production/QA team to get samples prepared, submit them to buyers, and follow up diligently to ensure timely approval.
Drive the end-to-end order lifecycle: secure purchase orders, issue Proforma Invoices (PI), manage all Letter of Credit (L/C) related activities, ensure Party Acceptance (PA) is obtained upon delivery with proper UD/UP processing, and coordinate for Bank Acceptance and timely payment collection.
Update all order collections and statuses in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
Ensure the production unit and customer service teams are fully briefed by providing them with approved samples and accurate delivery data to facilitate smooth manufacturing and dispatch.
Maintain rigorous working procedures to obtain and retain "buyer nominations" (vendor approval status), ensuring the factory meets all compliance and quality standards required by international or local buyers.
Maintain all necessary records, commercial documents, and databases related to sales, buyers, orders, and payments with high accuracy and confidentiality.
Actively involve and engage in special projects, strategic initiatives, and events as assigned by Management, contributing to the overall growth and well-being of the organization.
