• Provide visionary and team-inspiring leadership to establish shared ownership and involve employees in achieving organizational goals.      

• Foster a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and accountability across all operational units.

• Develop and execute effective business strategies and sales plans to drive revenue growth and market share.

• Provide strategic direction to the Sales & Marketing team, ensuring business expansion, profitability, and customer relationship enhancement.

• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company’s portfolio and market presence.

• Oversee and ensure seamless operational coordination among Sales & Marketing, R&D, Production, and Distribution departments.

• Establish a robust production monitoring and control system to maintain product quality, production targets, and timely delivery.

• Develop an integrated distribution system to optimize delivery processes and support agent efficiency.

• Create mechanisms to gather and integrate client feedback into product development, marketing, and operational decisions.

• Ensure logical and timely inter-departmental coordination to achieve business objectives smoothly.
