Job Summary

PRAN-RFL Group is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Zonal Manager – Market Sales for its Opal Glassware & Melamine Business. The incumbent will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market coverage, managing distributor operations, and leading field sales teams within the assigned zone. The role requires strong leadership, market development expertise, and the ability to achieve sales targets while ensuring excellent channel management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve zonal sales targets and business objectives for Opal Glassware & Melamine products.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth.

  • Manage and monitor distributors, dealers, wholesalers, and retail channels within the assigned territory.

  • Lead, motivate, and supervise Sales Representatives (SRs), and other field sales personnel.

  • Ensure effective market coverage, route planning, and product availability across the zone.

  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

  • Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.

  • Monitor stock movement and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure product availability.

  • Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence reports for management.

  • Ensure implementation of company sales policies, trade programs, and promotional activities.

  • Identify training needs and develop team capabilities to improve sales effectiveness.

  • Maintain discipline, productivity, and performance standards within the sales team.
