Experience:

• 2 to 4 years

• Graduate / post-graduate degree in any discipline from a reputed university.

• Preference will be given to candidates with a background in Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, or an MBA in Marketing.

• 2 to 4 years

• Age At least 26 years

• 2–4 years of relevant field experience in agribusiness sales (Feed, Chicks, or Animal Health products).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned regional territories.

• Ability to ride a motorcycle with a valid driving license is mandatory.

Under our premium product brand "ফার্মারস" (Farmers Feed), we are expanding our market footprint and inviting dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented professionals to join our Marketing & Sales Division.

Market Expansion:

Achieve sales targets and expand the market share for poultry, fish, and cattle feed within the assigned zone (anywhere in Bangladesh).

Dealer & Farmer Management:

Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with feed dealers, retailers, and commercial farmers.

Brand Promotion:

Execute field-level promotional activities to build brand awareness for Farmers Feed .

Credit & Collection Management:

Monitor market credit closely and ensure timely collection of payments from dealers.

Team Leadership (For Regional Manager):

Supervise, guide, and motivate the field sales team to maximize regional productivity and efficiency.

Market Intelligence:

Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends, providing regular feedback and reports to the Head Office management.
