Responsibilities & Context:
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Promote the company's certification, inspection, audit, and training services.
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain the sales pipeline.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Coordinate with the operations team for service delivery.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM/database.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare periodic sales and business development reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical business practices.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
