Good knowledge in Higg Assessment
Responsibilities & Context:
Analyze the submitted self-assessment data prior to the verification
Develop a verification plan including timeline, modules to verify, interviews, and sampling strategy
Observe the facility’s operations and environmental management practices
Cross-check documents such as utility bills, chemical inventories, water discharge reports, emissions records, etc.
Sample data and test information accuracy across different modules (Energy, Water, Wastewater, Emissions, Chemicals, Waste).
Maintain neutrality and objectivity throughout the process.Complete the verification data and submit it through the Higg platform accurately.
Report any differences between the facility's self-assessment and actual findings.
Offer evidence and notes for all changes or confirmations of self-assessed scores.
Follow Cascale’s standardized procedures for all verifications.
Respect the confidentiality of facility data and documents.
Engage in internal and Cascale led calibration sessions to maintain consistency and accuracy.
Conduct ISO Certification Audit
Review all International verification Report and control all Non conformity
Provide regular training to international staff
Able to provide various type of training like Quality, Environmental, SBTI, Energy etc
