• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Environmental Science
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Geography and Environment

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Third Party Auditor (Quality, Health, Environment, Compliance

• Age 27 to 35 years

• Manage end-to-end Environmental activities including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, and personnel file management

• Ensure comprehensive compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, Code of Conduct (CoC), and buyer standards

• Maintain, update, and preserve all compliance-related documents, registers, and reports

• To prepare a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) against audit reports. Should know to face audits like WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, and C-TPAT for different kinds of buyers.

• To monitor daily worker safety issues about health & safety, Fire safety, Accident & route cause analysis.

• To arrange training such as Orientation, Health & Safety, Fire Training, First Aid, MSDS, Security Awareness training, etc. effectively.

• Conduct various training programs (orientation, compliance, safety, anti-harassment, Environmental policies, etc.)

• Prepare Environmental and compliance reports for management and buyers

• Lead employee relations and handle disciplinary procedures in a lawful manner

• Work closely with management to implement Environmental policies and continuous improvement initiatives
