• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Achieve assigned sales targets for residential and commercial properties.

• Generate new sales leads through direct marketing, referrals, cold calling, and field visits.

•   Conduct door-to-door (D2D) visits to identify potential customers.

• Meet prospective clients and understand their housing requirements.

• Arrange project site visits and present project features, floor plans, pricing, and payment schedules.

• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into confirmed sales.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Handle customer queries and provide professional sales consultation.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly client visit plans and sales reports.

• Update customer information and follow-up activities in the CRM system.

• Coordinate with the marketing, legal, accounts, and customer service departments to ensure smooth sales processing.

• Participate in property fairs, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process and after-sales support.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
