Experience:
Age 25 to 32 years.
Minimum 2 years of practical experience in Accounts and Administration.
Excellent typing skills in both Bangla (Bijoy) and English are mandatory.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (reports, formulas, data analysis).
Good working knowledge of MS Word and office documentation.
Sound understanding of modern technology, office software, and digital tools.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with professionalism.·
Honest, responsible, and eager to learn with a positive attitude.
Managing overall office administration and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Maintaining proper vouchers, bills, invoices, and supporting documents.
Handling cash, bank deposits, withdrawals, and cheque-related activities.
Managing petty cash and preparing regular petty cash statements.
Maintaining attendance records leave registers, and basic HR documentation.
Coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office requirements.
Maintaining office files, registers, contracts, and confidential documents.
Following up on utility bills, office rent, and other recurring expenses.
Assisting in payroll preparation and salary disbursement support.
Supporting audit activities by preparing required documents and statements.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and internal control procedures.
Coordinating with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders when required.
Providing administrative and accounts-related support to management as assigned.
