Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for sales, customer development and order fulfillment of residential solar energy storage systems, residential inverters, and battery products in the market. Ensure the achievement of sales targets and effective maintenance and management of client relationships. Leverage the advantages of our company’s strong product and manufacturing capabilities to boost brand awareness and market penetration in the assigned region.

2. Execute the regional annual sales plan by breaking down and delivering sales targets.

3. Collect and organize relevant market information and customer requirements; analyze market trends to extract actionable insights, research the competitive landscape and market dynamics, and support the company in improving its market competitiveness.

4. Gather and analyze data on competitors and their products in the target market, conduct related research, and put forward suggestions to enhance the competitiveness of the company’s products.

5. Organize and participate in marketing and sales activities in the assigned region, including local exhibitions, industry forums and conferences, promotional events, and customer visits.

6. Cooperate with different departments to coordinate internal resources including pre-sales technical support, solution design, project implementation and after-sales service, ensure timely and accurate responses to customer demands and high-quality project delivery, so as to maintain high customer satisfaction.

7. Complete other work assigned by supervisors.

Position Requirements

1. Fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading and writing); proficient in the local language of the target market.

2. At least 5 years of marketing experience in the solar energy storage system, residential inverter or energy storage battery industry, with a proven track record of outstanding sales performance.

3. Possess an extensive local customer network and solid client relationships, and maintain long-term, stable communication with a large number of key customers.

4. Possess sound technical knowledge of solar energy storage systems, inverters and energy storage batteries; able to understand and communicate customers’ technical and engineering requirements, and efficiently coordinate with the company’s R&D team to provide pre-sales and after-sales technical solutions.

5. Proactive working attitude, strong resilience, and capable of tackling challenges under pressure.
