Responsibilities & Context:

The Job Responsibilities are as bellows:

  • Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to achieve sales targets and business growth.

  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research.

  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote the company's products and services.

  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations with prospective and existing clients.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to increase market share and brand visibility.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure and post-sales support.

  • Build long-term customer relationships by ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and timely issue resolution.

  • Coordinate with internal departments, including operations, finance, and customer service, to ensure smooth project execution and client fulfillment.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and recommend appropriate strategies.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maintaining profitability.

  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, market intelligence reports, and performance analyses for management.

  • Organize and participate in corporate events, exhibitions, seminars, and promotional campaigns to generate leads and strengthen brand presence.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using CRM systems and other reporting tools.

  • Assist in developing marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives to support sales objectives.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead generation campaigns and measure campaign effectiveness.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and contractual requirements.

  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial agreements while protecting the company's interests.

  • Provide regular feedback to management regarding customer requirements, product improvements, and market opportunities.

  • Mentor junior sales executives and support team development by sharing best practices and sales techniques.

  • Perform any other sales and marketing responsibilities assigned by management to support organizational objectives.
