Responsibilities & Context:
Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to achieve sales targets and business growth.
Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote the company's products and services.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations with prospective and existing clients.
Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to increase market share and brand visibility.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure and post-sales support.
Build long-term customer relationships by ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
Coordinate with internal departments, including operations, finance, and customer service, to ensure smooth project execution and client fulfillment.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and recommend appropriate strategies.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maintaining profitability.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, market intelligence reports, and performance analyses for management.
Organize and participate in corporate events, exhibitions, seminars, and promotional campaigns to generate leads and strengthen brand presence.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using CRM systems and other reporting tools.
Assist in developing marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives to support sales objectives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead generation campaigns and measure campaign effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and contractual requirements.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial agreements while protecting the company's interests.
Provide regular feedback to management regarding customer requirements, product improvements, and market opportunities.
Mentor junior sales executives and support team development by sharing best practices and sales techniques.
