Responsibilities & Context:
Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the showroom.
Achieve sales targets and ensure business growth.
Supervise, motivate, and evaluate showroom staff.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.
Monitor inventory, stock movement, and coordinate replenishment.
Maintain proper visual merchandising and showroom standards.
Oversee billing, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.
Prepare and submit sales, inventory, and operational reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety standards.
Train and develop employees to improve performance.
Coordinate with Head Office regarding operational and administrative matters.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
