Responsibilities & Context:
Showroom Officer – Key Responsibilities
Assist in the daily operations of the showroom.
Attend to customers, provide product information, and support the sales process.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to showroom sales performance.
Ensure proper product display and maintain showroom cleanliness and appearance.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and assist with billing and cash handling.
Monitor stock availability and assist in inventory management and stock verification.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints professionally.
Maintain sales records and prepare daily sales reports.
Follow company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
Coordinate with the Showroom Manager and Head Office on operational matters.
Support promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Showroom Manager or management.
