দায়িত্বসমূহ:
• দোকানের দৈনন্দিন কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা ও তদারকি
• বিক্রয় ও কর্মীদের কাজ মনিটরিং
• বইয়ের স্টক ও পণ্য ব্যবস্থাপনা
• কাস্টমার সার্ভিস ও অর্ডার ব্যবস্থাপনা
• দৈনিক বিক্রয়, হিসাব ও রিপোর্ট পর্যবেক্ষণ
• কর্মীদের দায়িত্ব বণ্টন ও কাজের সমন্বয়
• দোকানের শৃঙ্খলা ও সার্বিক ব্যবস্থাপনা নিশ্চিত করা
🔹 যোগ্যতা:
• ন্যূনতম BA/স্নাতক পাস
• কম্পিউটার ও MS Office সম্পর্কে ধারণা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার
• বই/স্টেশনারি ব্যবসার অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার
• দায়িত্বশীল, পরিশ্রমী ও নেতৃত্ব দেওয়ার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে
• ভালো যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে
