• Sound vocal and patience.

• Strong communication skill.

• Complaints resolving capability in a professional manner.

• Good typing speed and report making.

• Proficiency in MS Excel.

• Call target customers, dealers and retailers to promote NPOLY Doors, PVC Pipes & Fittings, Water Tanks, Bathroom Accessories, Household Products etc.

• Explain product features, prices, offers to customers.

• Generate new sales opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Make regular follow-up calls to convert inquiries into sales.

• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and identify new potential customers.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.

• Note customer’s information, call history and order details.

• Prepare daily call reports, follow-up reports, sales reports and customer feedback reports.

• Collect market information and customer feedback and share it with the management team.

• Receive customer orders and coordinate with the Sales and Distribution teams for timely delivery.
