  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth and expanding distribution networks.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.

  • Lead, manage, motivate, and develop the national sales team.

  • Expand dealer, distributor, and retail networks across Bangladesh.

  • Identify new market opportunities and implement effective market penetration strategies.

  • Prepare and monitor sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.

  • Coordinate closely with the production, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key customers.

  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements to recommend business improvements.

  • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
