Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Employment Type: Full-time (On-site)

Location: Rampura D.I.T Road, Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and develop new business opportunities.

• Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.

• Present and promote Marketing Owls’ digital marketing services, including SEO, Social Media Marketing, Paid Advertising, Content Creation, Branding, and Website Solutions.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

• Prepare customized business proposals, presentations, and quotations based on client requirements.

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored marketing solutions.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

• Previous experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Digital Marketing will be considered an advantage.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both English and Bengali.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms and services is highly desirable.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is a plus.
