Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized university in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication and Journalism, Media Studies, or any relevant discipline.
Candidates with academic concentration or practical training in digital marketing, branding, communication, media production, or public relations will be preferred.
Experience Requirements
At least 2 years of professional experience in branding, marketing, communication, digital marketing, content development, media, public relations, or a similar role.
Experience in the development sector, education sector, youth skills program, NGO/INGO environment, or social impact campaigns will be an advantage.
Additional Requirements
Applicants must be between 22 to 30 years of age at the time of application.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in both Bangla and English.
Good understanding of branding, audience engagement, storytelling, and digital marketing techniques.
Proficiency in social media management and content planning for platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and website channels.
Basic knowledge of design and content tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, CapCut, or similar tools will be preferred.
Ability to prepare clear captions, short reports, case stories, event briefs, and promotional messages.
Basic photography, videography, and video content coordination skills will be an added advantage.
Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate with program teams, vendors, partners, and field stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
Willingness to participate in field visits, events, and program activities as required.
Positive attitude, creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Description
The Executive (Branding and Marketing) will support the organization in strengthening its brand visibility, communication quality, public engagement, digital presence, campaign outreach, and promotional activities. The position will contribute to developing and implementing branding and marketing initiatives for education, digital skills, youth development, volunteer engagement, and awareness-based programs.
The selected candidate will work closely with the Executive Director, program team, field team, creative/design support, vendors, partners, schools, and stakeholders to ensure that PI's program achievements, impact stories, events, campaigns, and public messages are presented in a clear, consistent, and professional manner.
Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to promote PI's programs and organizational identity through effective branding, marketing, content development, digital communication, stakeholder outreach, and documentation of program impact. The role will help create stronger visibility for the organization and support communication with communities, partners, donors, volunteers, and beneficiaries.
Job Responsibilities
Support the planning and implementation of branding, marketing, communication, and visibility activities for PI programs.
Develop content for social media posts, website updates, newsletters, event materials, press notes, donor updates, captions, and promotional campaigns.
Maintain consistent branding across digital platforms, printed materials, presentations, banners, certificates, reports, and program communication materials.
Prepare and coordinate creative materials such as flyers, posters, banners, brochures, presentation slides, short video concepts, case stories, and campaign messages.
Manage and regularly update organizational social media platforms with relevant, accurate, and engaging content.
Collect success stories, photographs, testimonials, field updates, and program highlights from schools, participants, volunteers, and community stakeholders.
Coordinate with program staff and field teams to document events, trainings, workshops, campaigns, field visits, and project achievements.
Support event branding and visibility activities, including backdrop, banner, invitation, agenda, media content, photography coordination, and post-event communication.
Assist in developing marketing and outreach plans for skills-based courses, volunteer programs, awareness campaigns, and other organizational initiatives.
Liaise with designers, printers, photographers, videographers, media contacts, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of communication materials.
Monitor the performance of digital campaigns and social media content and prepare basic engagement reports when required.
Maintain an organized archive of photos, videos, design files, branding materials, published content, and communication documents.
Ensure that all public communication reflects organizational values, program objectives, and stakeholder expectations.
Participate in field visits and program activities when required to collect content and support branding/marketing documentation.

Reports to: Project Coordinator, Progress through Innovation Society (PI).
Program: Digital Skills and Technology-Aided Program
Workplace: Work at office and Field
Field Visit: Approximately 50%
