• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote the firm’s architectural, planning, consultancy services, Interior work and steel building construction.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including private clients, corporate organizations, and government projects.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, contractors, and industry stakeholders.

• Prepare and present company profiles, proposals, and capability statements for potential projects.

• Coordinate with the design team to gather project data, visuals, and technical inputs for marketing materials.

• Manage digital marketing platforms, including website, social media, and online portfolios, ensuring consistent brand presence.

• Organize and participate in meetings, presentations, exhibitions, and networking events.

• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client requirements.

• Assist in preparing Expressions of Interest (EOI), tender documents, and prequalification submissions.

• Monitor and report on marketing performance, lead generation, and conversion rates.

• Maintain an updated database of clients, prospects, and ongoing communications.

• Support branding initiatives, including brochures, project sheets, and promotional campaigns.

• Collaborate with management to align marketing strategies with business development goals.

• Ensure all communications and materials reflect the firm’s design philosophy and professional standards.
