Responsibilities & Context:
Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion.
Prepare any approval drawing for any authority.
Develop working drawings, detail drawings, and construction documentation using AutoCAD.
Create 3D models and realistic renderings using Sketch Up, Lumion, Enscape.
Expert in 3D models & visualization — including furniture layout, material selection, color scheme, and lighting concepts.
Collaborate with structural, electrical, plumbing, and other consultants to ensure design coordination.
Conduct site visits and supervision to ensure work aligns with design intent and quality standards.
Perform other related design and documentation tasks as assigned by senior architects or project leads.
