Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
Experience with general ledger functions.

PI implements practical education and skills-based programs in partnership with national and international stakeholders, with a strong focus on students, youth, volunteers, schools, and underserved communities.
Job Context
The Accounts Officer will be responsible for recording, analyzing, and reporting the organization’s financial transactions, including income, expenses, assets, liabilities, budgets, taxes, and financial statements. The position will also support administrative functions of the organization as required.
The selected candidate will work closely with the Executive Director and program team to ensure accurate financial documentation, proper compliance, and effective financial management.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records by documenting daily financial transactions.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with statutory laws, financial regulations, and organizational policies.
Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and variance reporting.
Prepare tax-related documents and ensure accurate calculation and timely payment of taxes.
Manage payroll activities, including salary processing, benefits, tax deductions, and other payroll-related transactions.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoices, bills, and payment records.
Support internal and external audit processes by preparing necessary documents and information.
Analyze financial data and provide relevant financial information to support decision-making.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial and administrative records.
Support general office administration and other related tasks as assigned.
Participate in field visits when required.
