• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Age At most 38 years

1. Post Graduation from business studies with CA (CC).

2. Should have expertise in Audit & Accounts.

1. Conduct periodic and surprise audits of retail stores to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

2. Verify cash handling, sales transactions, inventory accuracy, stock movement, and fixed assets.

3. Identify operational gaps, control weaknesses, and instances of non-compliance.

4. Review and evaluate business processes to assess the effectiveness of internal controls.

5. Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance operational performance.

6. Conduct investigations into suspected fraud, policy violations, inventory discrepancies, or operational irregularities.

7. Gather evidence, analyze findings, and prepare investigation reports.

8. Carry out special assignments, management reviews, and ad hoc audits as assigned by the Head of Internal Audit.

9. Ensure departmental procedures comply with company policies and applicable regulations.

10. Coordinate with retail operations, finance, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, and other departments during audits.

11. Support continuous improvement initiatives by sharing best practices and audit insights.
