Education:

  • Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance from a recognized university.

  • Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in Financial Reporting and Taxation, preferably in real estate, construction, or manufacturing sector.

  • Strong technical knowledge of IFRS/IAS, taxation laws, RJSC compliance, and financial analysis.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict reporting deadlines with accuracy and integrity.



Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a dynamic and competent professional to join our Financial Reporting & Compliance division as Deputy General Manager (DGM).
Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly accounts.

  • Review and finalize monthly accounts of the Head Office (HO) and all Strategic Business Units (SBUs).

  • Submit monthly financial reports to the Management within stipulated deadlines.

  • Ensure timely preparation, review, and completion of annual statutory financial statements.

  • Ensure full compliance with applicable financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Submit statutory financial reports to Management within the approved timeline.

  • Oversee all RJSC-related matters, including statutory filings, compliance documentation, and regulatory submissions.

  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of annual returns and other corporate documents.

  • Assist in the preparation, compilation, and review of IPO-related documentation and disclosures.

  • Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities as required for IPO compliance and reporting.

  • Reports To: Executive Director – Financial Reporting & Compliance
