• Capable to operate outlook, Microsoft office, e-communication and internet browsing.

Job Context:

To achieve the sales target, M. R. Electronics, a renowned electronics distributor, will be hired as the manager for Walton Plaza (St.).

• Job Responsibilities:
  Create sub-dealers for the Plaza (St.) to increase sales volume.

• Ensure a strong presence, visibility, and market dominance of the company's products.

• Enhance showroom operational activities and develop the customer convincing skills of sales executives.

• Perform showroom-level support functions, including customer service, scheduling, day-to-day operations, cashiering, loss prevention, maintenance, and back-office support.

• Achieve the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets of the region.

• Develop showroom operations to increase cost-effective sales while minimising operational expenses.

• Be responsible for the profitability of the Plaza (St.).

• Prepare sales forecasts and set performance goals accordingly.

• Operate customised software to maintain Plaza (St.) operations.

• Maintain all documents and records accurately daily.

• Manage crises effectively and ensure business continuity.

• Optimise workforce utilisation to achieve service excellence.
