Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context:
To achieve the sales target, the country`s renowned electronics distributor, M. R. Electronics, will be hired as the Manager for Walton Plaza (St.).
Job Responsibilities:
To ensure a strong presence, visibility & dominance of company products.
Enhancing showroom operational activities and customer convincing skills development of sales executives.
Performing showroom-level support functions including customer service, scheduling day-to-day operations, cashiering, loss prevention, maintenance and back-office support.
Achieve the monthly/quarterly/annual sales target of the region.
Developing the showroom operations that cover increasing cost-effective sales and minimising expenses.
The showroom manager is responsible for the profitability of the plaza (St.).
To prepare own sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
Create sub-dealers for plaza (St.) to increase the sales volume.
To operate customised software for maintaining plaza (St.) operation.
Maintaining all documents & records correctly and daily basis.
Manage crisis Situations.
Optimising workforce for service excellence.
