To achieve the sales target, the country`s most renowned electronics distributor Walton Plaza (st.), is looking for dynamic and self-motivated candidates for Sales Team.

Job Responsibilities

• To ensure a strong presence, visibility & dominance of company products.

• Enhancing showroom operational activities and customer convincing skill development of sales executives.

• Performing showroom-level support functions, including customer service scheduling, day-to-day operations, cashiering, loss prevention, maintenance and back-office support.

• Achieve the monthly/quarterly/annual sales target of the region.

• To prepare own sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.

• Create sub-dealers for plaza (St.) to increase the sales volume.

• To operate customised software for maintaining plaza (St.) operation.

• Maintaining all documents & records correctly and daily basis.

• Manage crisis Situations.

• Optimising workforce for service excellence
