Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context: To achieve the sales target, the country's most renowned electronics distributor Walton Plaza (st.), is looking for dynamic and self-motivated candidates for the Sales Team.
Job Responsibilities:
- To ensure a strong presence, visibility & dominance of company products.
- Enhancing showroom operational activities, and customer convincing skill development of sales executives.
- Performing showroom-level support functions including customer service scheduling day-to-day operations, cashiering, loss prevention, maintenance and back-office support.
- Achieve the region's monthly/quarterly/annual sales target.
- To prepare own sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
- Create sub-dealers for Plaza (St.) to increase the sales volume.
- To operate customized software for maintaining plaza (St.) operation.
- Maintaining all documents & records accurately on a daily basis.· Manage crises.
- Optimizing workforce for service excellence.
