Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To ensure a strong presence, visibility & dominance of company products.
∎ Enhancing showroom operational activities, and customer convincing skill development of sales executives.
∎ Performing showroom-level support functions including customer service scheduling day-to-day operations, cashiering, loss prevention, maintenance and back-office support.
∎ Achieve the monthly/quarterly/annual sales target of the region.
∎ Developing the showroom operations that cover increasing cost-effective sales and minimizing expenses.
∎ The showroom manager is responsible for the profitability of the plaza (St.).
∎ To prepare own sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
∎ Create sub-dealers for Plaza (St.) to increase the sales volume.
∎ To operate customized software for maintaining plaza (St.) operation.
∎ Maintaining all documents & records correctly and daily basis.
∎ Manage crisis Situations.
∎ Optimizing workforce for service excellence.
∎ To achieve the sales target, the country's renowned electronics distributor M. R. Electronics is going to be hired as Manager for Walton Plaza (St.)
