  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager

  • Experience in managing ad budgets more than $500+

  • Social media growth strategy

  • Pixel setup & conversion tracking

  • Understanding of student psychology & education market trends

  • Basic knowledge of website management (WordPress preferred)

  • Strong analytical & reporting skills

  • Must be ROI-focused

  • Ability to reduce Cost Per Lead

  • Creative mindset for campaign ideas

  • Good communication skills

  • Ability to work in a team



Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Executive who will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our complete digital marketing strategy for an Education Consultancy firm.

The candidate will work closely with the Graphic Designer to create strategic content plans and marketing campaigns aimed at generating quality student leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute complete digital marketing strategies for student recruitment

  • Create monthly content plans in collaboration with the graphic designer

  • Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)

  • Run and optimize paid campaigns with budgets $500+ per month

  • Perform audience research and competitor analysis in the education consultancy field

  • Manage and grow social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)

  • Generate quality leads for study abroad programs

  • Monitor and optimize Cost per Lead (CPL)

  • Perform on-page and basic off-page SEO for website

  • Optimize website content for Google ranking

  • Track campaign performance using Meta Business Suite & Google Analytics

  • Prepare monthly performance reports

  • Suggest new marketing strategies for better ROI
