The Agri Machineries Business offers a comprehensive range of products, including Tractors, Power Tillers, Combine Harvesters, Rice Transplanters, Reapers, Diesel Engines, and other modern agricultural equipment, helping farmers improve productivity through innovative and reliable mechanization.
We are looking for a Product Manager to drive the growth and profitability of our Agri Machineries portfolio by developing product strategies, managing product lifecycles, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver market-leading solutions.
Principal Accountabilities:
Develop and implement product strategies, business plans, and annual roadmaps for the assigned Agri Machineries portfolio.
Conduct market research, customer visits, and competitor analysis to identify market opportunities, customer needs, and emerging industry trends.
Manage the complete product lifecycle, from product selection and sourcing to launch, growth, and phase-out.
Prepare product positioning, pricing strategies, sales forecasts, and profitability analyses to support business growth.
Work closely with overseas principals and suppliers to introduce new products and ensure product availability and competitiveness.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Service, Spare Parts, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure successful product planning and execution.
Plan and manage new product launches, dealer engagement programs, product demonstrations, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
Monitor sales performance, inventory movement, market share, and customer feedback, and recommend corrective actions to improve business performance.
Prepare business cases, product performance reports, and presentations for management decision-making.
Maintain strong relationships with dealers, key customers, financial institutions, and other business stakeholders to support sustainable growth.
Identify business risks, evaluate market dynamics, and recommend strategies to maintain product competitiveness.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
