RequirementsMinimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads.Must have managed at least USD $10,000+ total Google Ads spend across one or multiple accounts.Strong experience with the USA market is highly preferred.Proven experience in generating quality leads, sales, or conversions.Advanced knowledge of Google Ads policies, account optimization, and scaling.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, optimize, and scale Google Ads campaigns for the USA market.

• Manage Search, Performance Max, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Demand Gen campaigns.

• Handle high-budget advertising accounts with strong ROAS and lead generation performance.

• Optimize campaign structure, bidding strategies, keywords, audiences, and conversion tracking.

• Set up and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and conversion tracking.

• Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

• Research competitors and implement data-driven optimization strategies.

• Monitor account health and minimize policy-related issues.

• Experience handling suspended accounts, policy issues, and complex Google Ads troubleshooting.
