  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Strategic sales planning and execution.

  • Dealer and distributor network development.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Market analysis and business development expertise.

To strengthen and expand our nationwide sales and distribution network, we are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and results-oriented National Sales Manager (NSM).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement nationwide sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

  • Build, manage, and expand an effective dealer and distribution network across Bangladesh.

  • Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of regional and area sales teams.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop new markets.

  • Maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key business partners.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive business growth.

  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for management.

  • Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh (Extensive travel required)
