Experience:
Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual B2B sales targets in alignment with the Annual Business Plan (ABP) and overall team objectives.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with B2B clients to ensure high levels of trust, customer satisfaction and business continuity.
Identify and explore new business opportunities, contributing to market expansion initiatives in close coordination with the Line Manager.
Prepare and present accurate, client-specific quotations in accordance with approved pricing structures and organizational business standards.
Collect payments from clients within agreed timelines to ensure proper cash flow.
Assist in the development and implementation of strategic sales plans under the direction of the Manager – B2B Sales, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
Submit timely and accurate sales reports, pipeline updates, and relevant market intelligence to the Line Manager to support informed decision-making.
Gather and relay customer feedback, manage client queries, and ensure prompt resolution of complaints to maintain client satisfaction.
Work closely with sales, logistics, finance, and marketing teams for efficient order processing and client service.
