Job Summary
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and expanding the company's dealer, distributor, and retail network across Bangladesh. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, strengthening channel partnerships, leading and supporting the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Develop and expand the dealer, distributor, and retail network across Bangladesh.
- Identify new business opportunities and increase market coverage.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
2. Sales Target Achievement
- Achieve individual sales targets while ensuring the sales team consistently meets monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
- Monitor sales performance against KPIs and implement corrective actions to achieve business goals.
- Drive revenue growth by maximizing sales opportunities and improving overall team performance.
3. Channel & Customer Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key retail partners.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through regular follow-up and support.
- Strengthen existing channel partnerships and identify potential new partners.
4. Sales Team Management
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor team performance and guide to improve productivity.
- Support recruitment, training, and development of sales team members when required.
5. Market Analysis & Strategy
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand.
- Develop and implement effective sales and market expansion strategies.
- Provide market intelligence and business recommendations to management.
Gross Salary: BDT 25,000–30,000
Performance Incentive (KPI Bonus): Up to BDT 40,000–100,000 per month (based on performance)
