A) Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as Territory Manager.
B) Experience in snacks, food, beverage, or confectionery sector will be preferred.
C) Strong understanding of FMCG distribution systems.
D) Experience managing distributors and field sales teams.
E) Proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow territory performance.
F) Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
G) Strong command over Microsoft office



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary The company is looking for dynamic and result-driven Territory Sales Managers to expand and lead territory-level sales operations, strengthen distribution networks, and drive market expansion. The role will be responsible for managing distributors, supervising sales officers, improving retail coverage, and executing company sales strategies to achieve sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Territory Sales & Business Growth

A) Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.

B) Implement Route-to-Market (RTM) and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies.

C) Ensure numeric distribution across assigned territory.

C) Expand retail coverage and improve product availability in all key outlets.

D) Appoint new distributor in potential markets.

E) Monitor distributor inventory, stock rotation, and financial discipline.

F) Ensure distributor ROI and sustainable business relationship

G) Lead, coach, and monitor Sales Officers and field sales teams.

H) Ensure daily market visits, retail coverage, and sales execution.

I) Execute trade promotions, visibility programs, and merchandising standards.

J) Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

K) Identify new growth opportunities and expand market penetration.

L) Track sales performance, KPIs, and territory productivity.

M) Prepare regular sales reports and market insights for management.

N) Maintain discipline in sales systems, processes, and company policies.
