Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context
We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented Sales Officers to manage retail sales operations across assigned territories. The role involves ensuring strong market execution, retail coverage, distributor coordination, and achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent product availability and visibility.
Job Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and periodic sales targets
Ensure product availability in all assigned retail outlets
Maintain strong relationships with retailers to drive repeat sales
Conduct daily market visits and ensure proper route coverage
Ensure proper product display, visibility, and merchandising
Increase numeric distribution and market penetration
Coordinate with distributors for order collection and timely delivery
Support Territory Manager in expanding new markets
Monitor and report competitor activities and market trends
Identify new outlets and business growth opportunities
Maintain daily sales reports, order bookings, and market feedback
Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures
