Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with international clients via email and phone.
Coordinate with the Production Team on ongoing projects.
Maintain workflow reports and documentation.
Ensure timely follow-ups and client satisfaction.
Attend meetings and contribute to team activities.
Identify and suggest improvements in client service
