Responsibilities & Context:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via email, chat & meetings
Understand client requirements & communicate them clearly to the production team
Handle client inquiries, feedback, revisions, & issue resolution
Manage multiple image & video post-production production projects simultaneously
Coordinates editors, retouchers, designers, & quality control teams
Create project timelines & ensure deadlines are met
Monitor project progress & identify potential risks or delays
Allocate resources efficiently to maintain productivity
Conduct quality checks before final delivery to clients
Track project budgets, scope changes, & revision requests
Maintain project records & reporting systems
prepare quotations, proposals & project documentation when required
Searching for new targeted leads
Project Manager for USA based clients
