Lead Our Content Marketing Team as a Content Writer Team Lead
Offshore Information Technologies LTD is looking for a skilled, strategic and result-driven Content Writer Team Lead to manage and scale our content marketing operations.

You will work closely with the SEO team and lead a growing content team to produce high-quality, SEO-optimized, GEO-ready, and conversion-focused content.

If you have strong writing skills along with leadership and content strategy experience — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Execution

• Plan and execute content marketing strategies aligned with SEO, GEO & AEO goals

• Develop content roadmap, topic clusters, and content calendar with SEO team

• Create and review content briefs, outlines, and structure

• Ensure all content is SEO-friendly, user-focused, and optimized for search engines & AI platforms

• Write and edit blog posts, service pages, and marketing content when required

GEO & AEO Optimization

• Optimize content for AI-driven search platforms (ChatGPT, Google SGE, etc.)

• Structure content for featured snippets, FAQs, and answer-based queries

• Implement entity-based SEO and semantic content optimization

• Ensure content aligns with search intent and conversational queries

• Develop content that is easily extractable for AI answers and voice search

Team Management

• Lead and manage content writers and contributors

• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines

• Review and edit team content for quality, SEO, GEO & AEO optimization

• Train and guide junior writers to improve performance

SEO & Collaboration

• Strong English writing and editing skills

• Proven experience in content writing & content strategy
