Work experience in a manpower exporting (overseas recruitment) office is highly required
Priority shall be given to retired personnel of the Armed Forces and government or private sectors
Target-oriented, able to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities
Wiling to visit clients’ offices when necessary, based on client convenience
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Email, and Internet browsing
Experience in ERP software systems
Strong leadership and team-management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities & Context: Mridha International Corporation is a government-authorized international recruiting agency based in Bangladesh, with decades of proven experience in overseas manpower deployment. We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager for Mridha International Corporation. The Marketing Manager is responsible for implementing marketing strategies to attract agents and candidates to achieve the target and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing plans as per the instruction from the Managing Director
- Lead and manage the marketing team for agent marketing to collect candidates passports
- Maintain strong relationships with existing local agents and onboard new agents as needed
- Supervise team performance in telemarketing, agent visits, and job order promotion
- Monitor the timely collection of candidate passports and required documents from agents
- Ability to achieve the monthly target as decided by the management
- Collaborate with departments such as Processing, Mobilization, and accounts for seamless workflow
- Resolve agent-related issues and maintain effective communication
- Monitoring the digital marketing activities including social media, email campaigns, and online advertisements
- Ensure timely payment collection from agents or clients as per company policy
- Visit and communicate with local agents to promote manpower recruitment services
- Analyze market trends and prepare performance reports for management
- Provide daily reporting to the Managing Director of marketing and operational updates
- Ability to work under pressure with the flexible time
