Responsibilities & Context:
Mridha International Corporation is a government-authorized international recruiting agency based in Bangladesh, with decades of proven experience in overseas manpower deployment. We are looking for an experienced Computer Operator for Mridha International Corporation. The Computer Operator is responsible for providing technical support, ensuring system security and reliability, maintaining hardware and software, video editing, graphic design and overall managing the company’s IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Design posters, banners, brochures, flyers, ID Cards, Business Cards, social media graphics, and other marketing materials
Edit videos for promotional, training, and social media purposes using professional video editing tools
Creating professional presentations, reports, and documents
Windows installation, driver updates, antivirus, and system configuration
Printer setup, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, and network support
Enter, update, and manage data accurately in ERP systems and company databases
Managing biometric attendance/finger punch machines, ERP software system
Assist in managing local servers, shared drives, and system backups
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
Set up and maintain stable internet connections for the office environment
Monitor for potential threats, vulnerabilities, or breaches
Provide IT support to company management and staffs for software, email, and system-related issues
